All prices published in this catalog are subject to change without notice and do not include freight. United Refrigeration must charge appropriate state and local sales tax on all items unless proper exemption certificates have been completed and filed.
United Refrigeration offers to our established credit customers in good standing a 1% discount for invoices paid within 10 days. Net amounts are due within 30 days. Failure to pay overdue balances or unapproved balances over customer's credit limit may delay delivery of products or services. We reserve the right to bill late charges and associated legal fees that are required to collect delinquent accounts.
In-stock orders are shipped FOB our branch location or central distribution warehouse. Orders will be processed the same day they are received. Our branches offer truck delivery service within their trading area. Contact your local branch location for delivery policies and schedules. Non-stock material ordered for established credit customers require a signed acknowledgement and will be invoiced upon receipt by United Refrigeration. Non-stock material ordered for COD customers requires 100% deposit (including freight) for orders valued less than $250 and 75% deposit for orders valued greater than $250.
Unused items in resalable condition in their original carton may be returned for credit. Prior approval must be received and a minimum 20% restocking charge will be applied. Non-stock material may NOT be returned. Proof of purchase must be furnished. No material will be accepted after 90 days from date of purchase.
We extend to the original purchaser any warranty granted by the manufacturer. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective item and does not cover consequential liability or damages. Warranty does not cover improper usage or tampering. If warranty is not allowed by the manufacturer, the customer is responsible for the cost of the replacement item.
Claims for shipping loss or damage must be made directly to the freight carrier.
