Specials Description :
Heat recovery tank, hot gas to water, 2 circuits, 3 to 15 tons per circuit, 120 gal., 62" H, 29 1/2" diameter
longDescription :

Designed to recover heat removed by refrigeration or air conditioning systems and to utilize that heat for heating water. In doing so, they are desuperheaters which remove much of the heat from the hot gas discharged from the compressor with the standard condenser completing the condensing cycle. Fitted with two corrosion protection anodes. Unit is most efficient at mid-range of tonnage capacity (evaporator load tons). Most commonly seen in supermarket or other food processing applications. Tanks are tested at 300 psi and rated for 150 psi working pressure. Refrigeration circuits are rated for a maximum working pressure of 426 psi.

  • Stainless steel outer jacket
  • Recovery 25 ton input, 80°F rise = 112 GPH
