  • 3,000 psi minimum concrete, mandatory to meet strict anchor pullout requirements
  • Much lighter than solid concrete
  • Easier to install
  • Will not float (unlike air filled pads)
  • Uses standard Tapcon™ brand screws and no inserts are necessary
