The TZAP HALO is designed to eliminate sick building syndrome risks by reducing odors, air pollutants, VOCs, smoke, mold, bacteria and viruses. Easily mounted into air conditioning and heating systems air ducts where most sick building problems start. When the HVAC system is in operation, the TZAP HALO unit creates an Advanced Oxidation Plasma consisting of Ionized Hydro-peroxides, Super oxide ions and Hydroxide ions ("Friendly Oxidizers").
The outer housing has also been updated to be more efficient as the air flows around it in the HVAC plenum. Another new feature is a twist lock system that allows the electronics housing or head to be removed along with the Cell without having to remove the mounting flange from the plenum.
