FlatPlate offers the most compact and cost effective liquid chiller in the industry. As the latest generation in brazed plate heat exchangers, the CH Series is specially designed for DX water chilling applications and special fluid cooling applications from 1/2 to 60 tons.
The CH Series differs significantly from other types of plate heat exchangers. Connection sizes, performance and features are designed specifically for refrigeration. Sweat fittings are standard and pipe threaded fluid connections are optional. And every CH chiller is built with a top sealing plate to prevent moisture build-up and potential frost from damaging the unit
Applicable to air conditioning chillers, industrial chillers, glycol coolers, special fluid coolers, and a wide range of other refrigeration applications.

• Controlled DX Distribution: FlatPlate’s design accounts for proper DX gas distribution into the plates. This means stable performance and assured capacity control at full and part-load conditions.
• Maximum working temperature: 350°F
• For use with R22, R407C, R404A, R134a and other halocarbon refrigerants
• Maximum working pressure: 450 psi
• Approvals: U.L. (US & Canada), European TUV
• Optional ASME Code
• Optional floor mount brackets
• For use with R22 only
