The Signature Series energy controls are microprocessor based 24 Vac thermostats designed for heating/air conditioning systems.
Intella-Sens© is the sampling of room temperature by the TDE's custom microprocessor. Air is sampled four times a minute before it makes a decision to turn on/off the heating and/or cooling systems.
This sampling eliminates temperature readings that reflect sharp fluctuations caused, for example, by the opening and closing of a door.
All models control to within ±1.5°F of temperature setting and have a differential of 2°F maximum and a droop of less than 1°F.
