While the use of R-410A will be prohibited in the new comfort cooling chillers as of January 2023, the use of R-410A has not been restricted in any way for residential and light commercial air conditioning. It is important to remember that you will always be able to service an R-410A system with R-410A as long as it makes sense to do so.
